Cosmomc SDSS Lyman-Alpha patch.

A completely rewritten likelihood evaluator, now all in Fortran 90.

Please not that this new code has not been extensively tested and any problems should be reported to mclovin@berkeley.edu.

DISCLAIMER: This code works by calculating the amplitude, slope and curvature of power spectrum at the k=0.009s/km and then uses table to interpolate to a corresponding chi2. This table is not intended for use without WMAP, or for models with power spectra qualitatively different in shape from LCDM.

Download this patch. Apply it as follows:

patch -p0 <LyA070329.patch

and compile as usual. The patch might alter your make file so you might need to reapply some changes (WMAP directory, etc.). To use this LyAlpha constraints specify LyAlphaSDSS as an mpk dataset.

This is the dataset that was used in Seljak, Slosar and McDonald 2006.
